Preventive Maintenance services are offered on an annual, bi-annual, or quarterly basis.

1. Inspect the unit (we examine the unit top to bottom, inside and out)
2. Test the unit (we test everything - every switch, connection, and wire)
3. Decontaminate (we conduct our 4-12 decontamination process on the unit)
4. Safety Test (we test ventilation, electrical connections, garbage disposal, and GFCI)
5. Report (we provide you with a detailed report regarding the PM)
6. Post PM Repairs (we suggest any needed repairs and provide a repair quote)
