West Orange, New Jersey – Scimedico, LLC exhibited for the first time at the Clinical Laboratory Management Association (CLMA) Knowledge Lab 2019 in Dallas Texas between March 31 and April 3, 2019.
“This is the first time we have attended CLMA and we will certainly be back", explained Scimedico CEO Miguel Bermeo. "As a company we are mission driven. Our focus is on laboratory safety, hygiene, and enabling a higher level of care. We found a similar purpose in at CLMA's national conference in Dallas."
CLMA offered a the chance for Scimedio to discuss both its leading preventive maintenance solutions for Pathology and its new offering with lab decisions makers from around the country. "Coming into the conference, we were very interested in the opportunity to have direct discussions with CLMA members," explained Kelly Lord, National Sales Director for Scimedico Services. "The show was very constructive for us. We were able to dialogue and share priorities while gathering important input from laboratory leadership around the country."
In 2019 Scimedico's is adding a number of service offerings that compliment its marketing leading Preventive Maintenance. Have successfully added services for Service and Repair nationwide, expanded its Regulated Laboratory USP 800 Solution solution, and added Non Clinical Preventive Maintenance Services for the Medical Examiner and Educational marketplace in 2018, Scimedico is preparing for an exciting second quarter for 2019.
During the second quarter of 2019 Scimedico will be launching a customer portal that allows its customers a single point of access to the preventive maintenance and service history and CLMA offered the opportunity to introduce this service to lab directors from around the United States and Canada. "We were able to get invaluable feedback," offered CEO Bermeo. "The Scimedico Customer Portal offers a centralized repository of everything we provide our customers. It represents a true repository of compliance, safety, and maintenance history and the feedback we are getting is very positive."
Scimedcio is opening a dialogue with CLMA chapters around the country and plans to participate at the local level between the conclusion of the national meeting in Dallas and next year's national conference.
