Scimedico, LLC has signed a three year contract to provide Preventive Maintenance Services to Montefiore Medical Center for the Department of Pathology. Under the contract, Scimedico, LLC is to provide preventive maintenance services to the Department of Pathology for the Montefiore Medical Center morgue environment at the main Moses Campus.
Scimedico, LLC will conduct bi-annual preventive maintenance on the unit's refrigeration, racking system, ceiling lift system, and carts. The Scimedico preventive maintenance process includes equipment inspection, testing, decontamination, and reporting. Preventive maintenance reports capture and document each of these categories and provide managers relevant reporting.
"Preventive Maintenance in these environments is essential because most often this is the only environment the facility has on site for this essential service," explained Kelly Lord, Scimedico's National Account Manager for Preventive Maintenance Services.
